The process is the same for all our clients – whether a 14-year-old junior player or a 38-year-old hobby player:

  1. Free initial consultation: You fill out our registration form and we'll get in touch. In the conversation, we clarify where you stand and what you want to achieve.
  2. Goal definition: We collaboratively define ambitious but realistic goals. This could be "better finishing," "safer first touch," or simply "enjoying the game again."
  3. Individual training plan: Based on your goals, we create a program. No copy-paste exercises – everything is tailored to you.

Do I have to be good at football already? No. We have clients ranging from complete beginners to Super League professionals. The training is adapted to your level.
