General terms and conditions of business
1. Scope
All deliveries and services from 360Football Training GmbH and 360Football Player Coaching GmbH are carried out exclusively on the basis of the following terms and conditions.
2. Prices
Prices are shown in Swiss francs (CHF). The prices stated on the Swiss website apply at the time the order is received.
3. Minimum order value/delivery
The minimum order value is 0.00 CHF. Express surcharges and cash on delivery taxes are borne by the recipient. When the goods are handed over to the post office, train, freight forwarder or someone else responsible for carrying out the transport, the risk is transferred to the buyer. Arrears will be forwarded at the expense of 360Football Training GmbH.
4. Postage and shipping costs
Shipping costs can vary between 6.90 - 10.50 CHF depending on the country and location. From an order value of a certain order value (visible on the “Shipping” page), B-Post shipping is free and A-Post shipping is reduced.
5. Payment method
Orders from Switzerland and abroad: By prepayment, TWINT, Paypal as well as Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
6. Delivery
360Football products are delivered in Switzerland. Most products abroad (EU countries) are delivered via external suppliers. Deliveries in Switzerland are usually sent by post within 1-2 working days of receipt of the order. Delivery times abroad can vary between 2-10 days, or depending on the shipping method. If you pay in advance, the goods will only be delivered once the amount has been credited to our account. The delivered goods remain our property until full payment. If the goods are not paid for, we are permitted to return the goods at any time.
7. Return Policy
Complaints about defects must be made in writing immediately, but no later than 8 days after receipt of the goods. Returns for exchange or credit can only be accepted if they are in perfect condition and in the original, undamaged packaging. Notifications of defects do not release you from making payment on time. If the buyer proves there is a defect, we will provide a replacement using defect-free goods. Incorrect deliveries do not release the customer from having to return the goods complained about postage free.
8. Liability
The use of the facilities, facilities and services of 360Football Training GmbH and 360Football Player Coaching GmbH is at your own risk. Any liability of 360Football Training GmbH, 360Football Player Coaching GmbH or its staff is excluded for damage resulting from an accident, injury or illness. It is the participant's responsibility to take out insurance.
360Football Training GmbH and 360Football Player Coaching GmbH are not liable for the loss of valuables, money, clothing, etc.
9. Carrying out the training
In principle, 360Football Training GmbH does not carry out training courses but acts as an intermediary and takes over customer administration. The training is carried out by external trainers (recognized, trained and controlled by 360Football) or by 360Football Player Coaching GmbH.
10. Deregistration period and trial training sessions

In principle, a notice period of at least 48 hours applies to cancellations of training services that have already been agreed. Short-term cancellations must be charged accordingly for expenses.
11. Validity of subscriptions
Subscriptions of 10 are valid for 12 months and subscriptions of 20 and 30 are valid for 24 months.12. Improvements and Changes
