The European Championship boom meets full clubs
The 2025 Women's European Championship in Switzerland is causing a boom in girls' football. Stadiums in many cities are sold out, players like Ramona Bachmann and Riola Xhemaili are inspiring young talent – and more and more girls want to play football themselves. But what do you do when the local football club no longer has any space?

Why many clubs cannot accept new girls
Demand is growing faster than supply. Many clubs have too few training spaces, too few coaches, no dedicated girls' teams, or waiting lists that stretch for months. Even when motivated, parents repeatedly hear: "Unfortunately, we don't have a spot right now. Please contact us again in a few months." This is frustrating – for both parents and girls. But there are better ways.
Start football even without a club
Fortunately, no one has to miss out on football just because their club is full. Football is a sport that can be practiced outside of a team—with a ball, motivation, and the right support. Individual training or small group training , such as that offered by 360Football, is particularly effective.
What 360Football offers girls in training
Girls ages 6 and up train with us—with or without a club. Our locations are in Zurich, Basel, Bern, Lucerne, Aargau, St. Gallen, Winterthur, Frauenfeld, Zug, and more.
Personal support, a focus on technique, ball control, and game understanding, training in small groups or one-on-one, flexible scheduling, and professional coaches – we offer all this at 360Football. Players like Ramona Bachmann, Riola Xhemaili, and Giulia Looser have already trained with us – and are showing what's possible.
For whom is the training particularly suitable
- Girls on the waiting list
- Beginners who want to learn the basics first
- Players who want to train in addition to the club
- Anyone who enjoys football and wants to develop further
What is actually done in the training
We specifically train dribbling, ball control, feints, one-on-one situations, shooting, passing, courage and confidence in the game, as well as game intelligence and decision-making. All in small groups or individual training – adapted to the respective level.
Practical example
Lea, 9 years old, wanted to play soccer. The club in her community was full. Her parents found 360Football. After three months of training, she became so technically strong that she was accepted to another club—without ever having played on a team before.
