We do things differently. 360Football is a football school in Zurich that focuses on individual development instead of mass processing. Small groups, personalized training, and coaches with real performance football experience. For ambitious players who truly want to improve.

Why traditional football schools are often insufficient

The problem with classic football schools is rarely the quality of the coaches, but rather the format. If a coach supervises twenty children simultaneously, each child statistically receives about three minutes of direct feedback per session. Three minutes. That's not enough to change technical habits or specifically address individual weaknesses.

Additionally, there's the standardized program. In a large group, the coach has to choose exercises that work for everyone – for the weakest and the strongest player. The result: nobody is truly challenged or supported. The stronger players get bored, and the weaker ones fall behind.

Our football school in Zurich works with a maximum of three players per coach. Sometimes in individual training, sometimes in small group training. This way, every child gets the attention they need, and every exercise is tailored to their individual level.

Technical Training. Clean ball reception and control, precise passing, various shooting techniques, ball control, and dribbling. The fundamental technical training that makes everything else possible later.

Coordination and Athletics. Playfully structured for younger children, increasingly systematic for older adolescents. Football speed, agility, strength, and endurance develop with age.

Tactics and Game Understanding. Positional play, decision-making, reading the game. Areas where many club players have a backlog because they are rarely practiced in isolation during normal training.

Goalkeeper Training. For goalkeepers, we offer specialized training led by an experienced goalie coach. Reflexes, command of the penalty area, and modern play with the feet.
